Teddy was surrendered to us when he was found wandering on a property and the the owner could not keep him.  He was covered in fleas and definitely needed a bath and some proper nourishment.  Immediately however; Teddy displayed his incredible personality and zest for life.  Once he was treated for fleas, bathed and fed, Teddy stood out with his handsome good looks and very friendly, loving personality.  He’s a strong willed pup among his playmates and stands out as a leader during their interactions.  He has incredible innocence and big paws he's yet to grow into.  His love of both play and cuddling along with his exceptionally good looks, make Teddy an incredible pup that would be ideal in any home.  Though he still has growing to do, Teddy is a big pup.  It seemed overnight that he went from a small little guy to the big goofy guy he is now.  As big of a pup as he is though, he’s just as gentle and sweet.  His demeanor is usually calm but very loving and playful.  

Teddy is about 5-1/2 months old, up to date with all his first year vaccinations but will need to be neutered once he reaches the appropriate age of 6-7 months.  He is a Shepard mix and will be a large dog once fully grown.  Teddy will need to be house trained once in his new environment.  If you have room in both your heart and your home to give Teddy the attention and love he'll give you right back, please submit an application at www.socorescue.com.
