While her brothers and sisters were romping, playing and enjoying life, Miracle was fighting for hers. After suffering a reaction to her vaccinations, Miracle found herself lying near death for over a week. None of the SoCo staff thought she had a chance at survival as she refused to eat or drink, her body becoming thin and frail as every effort was made to keep her alive. Had it not been for the tireless efforts of one SoCo staffer, Miracle surely would have never made it through her ordeal.

But after a week of lying lifeless, Miracle stood up, barked and began taking water and food on her own and her transformation is what earned her name. She's now back to full health and shows no signs of ever having faced death as she did.

Miracle is now enjoying life as her siblings did and is ready to find her new home. Her playful and very friendly personality will capture hearts quickly, her loving and affectionate manner will keep those hearts for a lifetime.

Miracle has now completed all of her first year vaccinations and other such vet care. If adopted prior to 6 months, her adopter will have to agree to having her spay and providing proof of such to our rescue.
