This handsome 2 year old Aussie/Springer Spaniel mix is Morgan. Not only is he quite the eye catcher, he's just as friendly and personable as well.

Morgan was once a stray in our area and was taken in by a disabled man. While in that man's care, Morgan was struck by a car and suffered an injury to his left rear leg. Having a very limited income, the man turned to SoCo Rescue for help and we took Morgan under our wing. Morgan was examined by our vet and found not to have any broken bones or lasting injures and now shows no signs of his past injury.

Since that time Morgan has been fully vetted, being current on all of his vaccinations, wormings and other basic vet care including being neutered. He did test negative for heart worms and has been on a monthly heart worm and flea preventative since coming to our rescue; he is a very healthy fellow.

Morgan gets along great with other dogs of all sizes and ages. He's equally as friendly to people as well and always has a big smile on his face. He walks well on a leash, has had some crate and house training but will most likely need a bit more work to be fully house trained. But Morgan has shown an eagerness to please and appears easy to train so accomplishing those goals should not be difficult.
