On Saturday, March 24, someone dumped 5 one month old puppies off at a local dumpster.Luckily, a concerned neighbor was present at the time, saved these puppies and got them to SoCo. All five puppies have been wormed and received their first vaccines. They will all be ready for their new homes on April 24.

Profiled here is one of the female pups in the group. She is very playful and alert. She is a little shy, often hanging back with her brother instead of rushing the puppy door when approached. Still she shows that she will be a very good dog once grown.

This puppy will need to be spayed once she reaches the appropriate age. A special adoption rate of $65 will apply if an adoption takes place before that time comes.
