Description:
Jenny, approximately 6 months old, was adopted from the Fayette Co shelter by a woman who then decided she couldn't keep Jenny. Jenny was put outdoors in a small chain link kennel, leaving her to very little or no human contact. Because of this, Jenny lacked the proper companionship and training that a young dog should receive. A concerned neighbor, Beth, took notice of Jenny and stepped in to help. Beth took Jenny under her care, making sure that Jenny received daily contact. Since Beth already has the allotted number of dogs, she can't take Jenny in as a personal pet. So she has asked SoCo Rescue for help in finding Jenny a proper and loving home. Jenny is highly energetic, as most puppies her age are. But with proper training and time...not to mention regular human contact....she should loose some of that energy. She will benefit from having a home with room to run and play. Jenny does love to play in Beth's swimming pool. Jenny also loves to play with other dogs, children and has shown no aggression towards cats. She simply longs for someone, either human or another dog, to have contact with. To inquire about Jenny, please contact Scott at socorescue@yahoo.com or Beth at mrsbgreene@gmail.com. While there will be no adoption fees associated with Jenny, interested persons will be required to submit an application for adoption to ensure that Jenny finally gets a good and loving home. Jenny is currently located in Senoia, ga, which is about an hour south of Atlanta. Transportation to a good home will be assisted.
