Creed was found living at a dumpster. At first, since he was stretched out asleep behind the containers, it was thought that this was just another dead dog that someone had disposed of. But, luckily, he was alive and well, although somewhat hungry. Area residents had told me that this big boy had made those dumpsters his home for over a month.

Since Creed has been at SoCo Rescue, reed has been given his yearly adult vaccines, wormed and started on a monthly heart worm preventative. He will be neutered and have his rabies vaccine renewed before his adoption.

Creed had already understood the command of "sit" when he came to us, a sign that he had been someones pet in the past. He also does very well when confined to a crate, never soiling it. Creed, when found, was very reluctant to walk on a leash. He has progressed very well, but does tend to pull a little while walking. He may do very well as both an indoor and outdoor pet, but has not yet been fully tested on his level of house training as of yet.

Creed has been proven to be very people friendly. He also gets along great with most other dogs, only showing a bit of mild aggression to other unaltered males that are as large or larger than he. He should do very well around children that are old enough to understand how to properly handle a dog.
