Harper is one of two Bulldogs that had been dumped on a road in Dublin. By the time they were noticed, Harper was the only survivor. Both dogs showed signs of extreme malnourishment and abuse. It was touch and go for Harper at first. As you can see, he arrived malnourished and scarred, but brave. Now, his scars are healed, he's gaining weight, and he's been very grateful for the TLC! He is polite, obedient and anxious to show that special someone what a loyal companion he can be.
