Sprout came to us from the Lowndes Co. Animal Shelter. She was saved before she could be euthanized.

Sprout is a very small girl, weighing only about 5 lbs. She is thin, but healthy, and appears to be full grown.

Sprout is a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix, all black except for a little white on her feet and chest. He under bite gives her the resemblance of a cute little mouse!

Sprout is very loving, very playful. She gets along great with other dogs, but, since she is so small, she might do better with dogs closer to her own size. She loves to curl up next to people, and will give many kisses. The biggest thing about her, besides her affection, might be her ears!

Sprout is doing very well on her house training, but may need a little more work after spending time in a shelter. She is up to date with her vaccines, but will still need to be spay and receive her rabies.
