Description:
Otis, and his brother Opie, were dumped off at a busy intersection in Dublin, Ga. Otis is a Beagle mix and fearless of all he comes into contact with. He is a very people friendly, loves to play and gets along great with other dogs. Otis is full grown, standing about 8" off the ground and weighing approx. 15 lbs. He is somewhat house trained, needing only a bit more personal training. Otis is up to date with all vaccines and wormer, but does still need his rabies and neutering.
