Burch began his life just like so many other puppies within our area. His mom was a pregnant stray that wandered onto someone's property and delivered her litter. Initially there were eleven pups but the runt did not survive due to the mom being undernourished herself. The mom (pictured) is now with the people who found her and has since been spayed, thanks to the Fix GA Pets program. Burch and his nine siblings have been at our rescue since the beginning of September.

Burch is a fun-loving, well socialized pup who thoroughly enjoys playing with his siblings. He also loves interaction with people and shows no apprehension when faced with new things in life. He will make a great addition into any home situation and would do very well sharing the home with another dog as well. A home that allows him plenty of room to run and play would be best.

Prior to his adoption, Burch will have received all three of his first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and other preventative care. He is scheduled to be neutered on Oct 3rd as well, removing that expense and obligation from his potential adopter. He will, however. require all of his basic training which should come very easy for this seemingly highly intelligent pup.
