Her foster mom writes- Cora is an exuberant puppy who loves walks in the woods, playing fetch and rolling over for a belly rub. New sounds like a baby crying or a school bus going by make her pause in her tracks as she tries to figure out her surroundings. She is sleeping through the night and is almost potty trained! She’s making progress on her leash walking skills and greeting manners. Zoomies every afternoon at 3:00 then she’s ready for a cuddle or a nap. The perfect addition for an active family!

Cora came to our rescue after being found as a stray in our area. After no one claimed her as their dog, we can now find her a new home.

Cora's demeanor has always been very friendly, playful and affectionate. She gets along great with other dogs and is very eager in her playing, meaning another dog in the home should also be very friendly and playful. She should do fine in a home with another dog and/or children, but does still need some training to stop her from wanting to jump up on people. We've been working on her crate, leash and house training, all of which her new home should continue with.

Cora has been spayed, had an update on all of her annual vaccinations, de-wormings and monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. She is a very active dog who will benefit in a home that allows her plenty of time to exercise.
