Description:
Boulder was a stray that came to us through the Tattnall Co. Animal Control. His time in Tattnall Co. A/C had expired, and he was scheduled to be euthanized. The staff at Tattnall Co. reported that Boulder's interaction with people and other dogs went very well. Boulder has been excellent with all the dogs, both big and small, he has encountered since he came into our rescue. He is a bit hesitant of strangers at first, but will warm up quickly to those he comes to trust and know. Boulder is a very human friendly dog and loves to get his belly rubbed! While Boulder is great with children of all ages, please use caution when allowing small kids to interact with him, as he is a large dog and may unintentionally cause harm to them while playing (as any dog, regardless of size, may do). Boulder has received all his vaccines, including his rabies, but has yet to be neutered. Assistance with that procedure may be available through a non-profit organization that we will recommend.
