**ADOPTION PENDING** Please note : Due to the high volume of calls and emails received each day, replies to such forms of contact may be delayed. Please go to our website (socorescue.com), complete an online application and indicate which animal(s) you are interested in. Once approved, you will be contacted to schedule an adoption appointment. Thank you for your patience. Hogan and his sister, Hollie, came to SoCo Rescue as owner surrenders. Their former owner told us that just before they were scheduled to have their female dog spay, a stray dog wandered onto their property and got her pregnant. In addition to taking the pair of pups into our rescue, we've also offered to have Hollie's mom spayed and are hoping to have that done ASAP. Hogan is a laid-back, very calm pup. We truly envision his ideal home being one that affords him the opportunity to curl up on a porch or in front of a fireplace and simply let the day pass him by! That's not to say that Hogan doesn't enjoy playing as he surely does, he just also enjoys being as lazy as he can! Hogan's friendly personality will make him an ideal candidate as a family companion. Hogan has received an update on his yearly vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. He will require all of her basic training. We're expecting Hogan to be a medium-to-large sized dog once fully grown. Hogan's adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and providing proof of such to our rescue. If interested in adding Hogan to your home, please submit an application at socorescue.com **We've included a picture of Hogan's mom for potential adopters to see
