Adoption Pending!

***Tyson is a courtesy listing and is currently with his owner. While SoCo Rescue is handling his adoption, his owner will have the final decision on who is selected to adopt.***

In February of 2019, SoCo Rescue was contacted by a person seeking help in re-homing their Doberman, Tyson. The person was moving and couldn't take Tyson with them. While Tyson was at our vet's office, one of the vet's staff members fell in love with him and adopted this big, lovable fellow.  Tyson meshed very nicely into the home and has gotten along great the other dogs in the home, big and small. He was also excellent with the children in the home, including a 9 month old niece of the family. 

But recently the family's older Lab developed a dislike for Tyson and began attacking him. Tyson defends himself which only leads to the older Lab getting hurt. So while the family loves and adores Tyson, they realize it would be best to re-home Tyson. 

As previously stated, Tyson is excellent around children of all ages and plays very gentle with them. He's house trained, knows basic commands and, after living with a vet tech, has received the very best in care. Tyson is fully vetted, tested negative for heartworms and has been kept on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. A microchip will be provided at the time of adoption.
