Elliott and 17 other dogs found themselves in need of rescue after their former owner was served an eviction notice. SoCo had to beg the landlord for additional time, worked very hard to get all of the dogs to safety. During the process, the only thing that Elliott's former owner asked for was to make sure her dogs were safe and found good homes. 

Elliott has been at one of our great foster homes since we took him in. He has received daily amounts of love and attention, enjoying the leash walks and playtime he has with his foster parents. In turn, Elliott has shown them just how friendly and appreciative he is for the love they give him. He has shared his kennel with other dogs but can be a little picky as to which dogs he'll be friendly with. A "meet-and-greet" with any potential dogs he'll share a home with should be expected. With proper guidance and training, we're positive Elliott will make a great addition with just about any home situation.

Elliott has now been neutered, received an update on all of his vaccinations and de-wormings, started and kept on his monthly preventatives and recently completed his heartworm treatments. Since he's lived outdoors for most of his life, Elliott may need additional house training once in a home.
