**Drake will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the Nov. 9-11 weekend.**

UPDATE Nov 4: Drake has been in a foster home in NJ for the last three weeks. His wonderful foster has told us that Drake appears house trained. She's also told us that Drake has a best friend and plays very well with his canine buddy, so it appears that Drake can live in harmony with another dog. Our foster would be willing to offer some insight into how she introduced Drake to other dogs.

Drake and his sister, Deanna, were found as strays by a local family. They provided temporary housing, love and care for the two dogs until we could get them into our rescue.

Drake, who is a Lab/Bulldog mix and approximately 1 ½ years old, is very people friendly. He loves to play and is always in a happy mood. This lovable fellow will definitely make a great companion for someone looking for an active dog that can accompany them with their active lifestyle.

While Drake has interacted with other dogs,he does tend to be more so on the alpha side so we’d suggest a “meet-and-greet” with any other dogs that may reside in his future home. He seems to interact better with calmer dogs. Being a very intelligent dog, Drake should do very well with training.

Drake has been fully vetted and recently tested negative for heartworms. Providing him with proper care, Drake will continue to be a healthy dog.
