This handsome pedigree Golden Retriever is one of the happiest dogs we’ve ever met! Monty always greets us with a big clown smile and a tail wag that shakes his entire body! Take a brush to his coat and he’ll do ‘the twist’! Monty was saved from an animal trap that had been set to capture him after he had taken up residence at an assisted living facility. He was thin, but still cheerful and active. Estimated to be 5-6 years, Monty is very healthy and lively. Monty loves other dogs and humans of all ages! He adores being inside, but enjoys a good frisky romp in the yard! He should not be left outdoors unattended if not leashed or in a fenced yard as he is fond of going exploring – especially if near wooded areas!
