COTTON IS ADOPTED!!!! His new humans are so thrilled to have this very special guy in their lives! THANK YOU to EVERYONE who contributed to his rescue! Cotton is a very special guy to us. We found Cotton and the rest of his litter inside of a country dumpster on Easter Sunday 2005. No more than 8 weeks old and suffering from coccidia, we fought to keep Cotton and his litter mates alive. No sooner than he beat the virus, our vet found a spot on his little belly that turned out to be a brown recluse spider bite. Finally overcoming that, he's now grown into a handsome young man with a gorgeous gold and brown brindle coat that feathers at the legs and tail (Photos do NOT do this guy justice!). He's always very happy, appreciative and loves life! Cotton is up to date on all shots, neutered, exceptionally sweet, loves all other dogs, children and adults. Living with all rescue dogs, he's never met a cat, so we're uncertain about how he'd perceive felines! He's crate trained and weighs in about 55-60 lbs.
