**Tonya is scheduled to attend our upcoming adoption event at Rosedale Mills in Pennington, NJ over the Feb 17-19 weekend.**

Tonya and another dog were found as strays by a local pastor who did the very Christian thing by giving them food, love and shelter until we could get them ready for adoption. 

Tonya is a very affectionate dog who loves to curl up in your lap and just give kisses. She's playful yet can be very calm, making her a great candidate as a family pet. She will bark at strange dogs but has been very friendly towards the other dogs that she's interacted with. She has shown to have some house training in the past but may need a refresher course once in a new home. At approximately 25 pounds, Tonya has reached her maximum size.

Tonya has now been fully vetted and even tested negative for heart worms on Feb 8, 2017. She's also been wormed and treated against parasites and tapeworms as well.
