Roscoe was an owner surrender and he is an amazing boy.  He is a gentle soul that thrives on attention.  He plays shake with his paw and he is a pretty smart guy.  He's currently in a foster home and he is thriving; he is learning all his basic commands and coming along well with his house breaking.  Roscoe is more on the calmer side and would do well in a quiet atmosphere. Roscoe is such a sweet boy that deserves a loving home.
